What counts as an "invoice"?
Any document processed via upload, email ingest, or API — regardless of whether it's approved. Reversals don't count twice.
Who pays the AI costs?
You do. You set an Anthropic or OpenAI key in your tenant settings. We don't charge a markup on LLM calls — the actual provider cost goes directly to your API account.
What happens if I exceed the limit?
At 80 % usage you get a banner; at 100 % we gently block processing — incoming emails are archived and automatically resumed after upgrade. No data loss.
Cancellation terms?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective end of the current period. Yearly plans run until the end of the term and won't auto-renew.
